Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time unless required by law.
Refunds: If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@inferencebrief.co within 14 days and we will review it.

All editorial framing on Projecting Success (issue intros, theme lines, our takes, section decks, and other original prose) is owned by Projecting Success and protected by copyright. Third-party article titles and excerpts point back to the original publishers; we do not claim their underlying rights.
Publisher distribution.Projecting Success may distribute Projecting Success's own editorial material (theme lines, intros, takes, decks, and similar original prose) on LinkedIn (including LinkedIn newsletter editions), other social platforms, and partner surfaces to promote the publication, including longer excerpts where the platform is clearly secondary to the canonical issue on this site. That right does not extend to republishing third-party sources beyond what fair dealing or their licences already allow.
You may link to issues and articles. You may post a short excerpt on LinkedIn or elsewhere if you include a clear link to the issue page on Projecting Success so readers can read the full briefing here. The list below applies to everyone other than Projecting Success as rights holder. You must not do any of the following without prior written permission:
RSS and feed.xml are for personal reading in your own feed reader. Running a public copy of our feed or issue text on another site without permission is a breach of these Terms.
Copyright complaints. If you believe someone is infringing Projecting Success content, or if you are a rights holder and think we have misused your material, email support@inferencebrief.co with the URL, a short description, and (if applicable) proof of ownership. We will review and respond in line with applicable law, including where appropriate removing or correcting content.
You agree not to use the service to: violate any applicable law; send spam; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service; interfere with or disrupt servers or networks; or engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or overburden the service.
Projecting Success is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the newsletter. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
